You can use a file for attachment also The attachment shows up here and can be viewed Select this link for adding another approver Select a Buyer when adding to the approval list, they will get it first for approval Do not use add button for selecting Buyer first, They cannot change price with this option This is the next screen and they will get it first for approval Do not be concerned with the sequence you see here, it will go to the buyer and they will reject it with correct pricing Select the Submit button and it will be routed properly Here is your Submit Confirmation it has been routed properly Buyer will get a notification for approval from requisitioner The buyer can view and email, fax or print the requisition to a supplier and use this as an RFQ The buyer will need to open document from the icon to open the requisition to edit and update pricing from the supplier’s response to the RFQ Buyer can change the type and category of the requisition Buyer can also change quantity and price on the Requisition, anything highlighted in yellow After changing the information, save and exit The buyer can reject the Requisition and it will be returned to the requestor to decide if they still want to submit the Req. This is the Buyers rejection confirmation screen The requestor will receive an email to decide if they want to resubmit or cancel the Requisition The requestor can pick a checkout option and resubmit approval Requestor can put notes to buyer and approver Requisition then is submitted through the normal approval channels You can also search through other requisitions that have been created by others You also have various ways of viewing the list and the ability of copying an existing one to create a new one This is a requisition created by another user you could use to copy from When you’re out on vacation, you can reassign your notifications Use this button to create a rule for notifications while your out You can assign all of your notifications to go to someone else while your out Select your dates, optional message and a person to delegate your notifications then submit Your rule has been created and you can reuse the rule by updating the dates you are out of the office This is an email you will receive it a requisition has been rejected and can be resubmitted for approval These are user default profile settings you can set If you order for other departments, you can setup other charge accounts and give them nicknames for use You can also change your password on the profile page and apply changes Catalog Setup Loading and Maintenance This is where you manage the catalogs and access method for the catalogs The templates and instructions for loading the catalogs are accessible here When you load items and prices, the status appears here and in the concurrent manager also.
