GAME
Trump-it!
6
You need:
 Pen and paper
 Playing cards
(J = 11, Q = 12, K = 13, A = 14)
1. Choose who will be Player A, Player B, Player C and Player D.
2. Shuffle the cards and place them face down in a pile. Player A
picks the top card and calls out the name of the suit as trumps,
e.g. ‘Hearts are trumps!’.
3. Player A places the card back in the pack and deals the cards
to each player, in turn.
4. Player B starts the game by selecting a card and placing it face up
on the table. If Player B has played a , all other players must play
a . If a player does not have a , they can use another suit or
play a trump card. The player who plays the highest  wins the
round unless another player has played a trump card. Trump
cards beat all other cards and higher trumps beat lower trumps.

5. The player who won the round places the pile of 4 cards face
down on the table as their winnings. They then choose a card to
start the next round.
6. This continues until all 13 rounds have been played.
7. Each player calculates their total score in the rounds
they have won by adding the value of the cards.
The player with the highest total score wins.
