game tickets and program recognition.

Please note: No money will be designated to a specific student-athlete;
rather all money will go to help fund the CSUB soccer team and pay for such
things as scholarships, team travel and equipment. NCAA rules prohibit
donations being used to fund individual athletes directly. 100% of your
donations go directly to helping fund this year’s program.

2008 SOccer PLAYERS
Dear Friends & Family of CSUB Women’s Soccer,
Giving to the 2008-09 Cal State Bakersfield Adopt-A-Player campaign is a
great way to support your favorite women’s soccer player both on
and off the field. By making a donation to CSUB soccer in the name of
your adopted player you will be helping to provide both educational and
athletic opportunities for your player and her teammates.
With a young returning core and some new faces, CSUB Women’s Soccer
will be more competitive in 2008. We are eager and thoroughly excited
to compete in our second year at the Division I level. Winning records, All
Americans, and NCAA postseason success is in future of this talented group.
You can adopt a CSUB Soccer player and support the 2008-09 team by
making a tax deductible donation. The reverse side of this card has
information regarding the Adopt-A-Player process and benefits. Please feel
