REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
1. Subject and description of the order
Referring to the requirements related to the implementation of the project "Increasing the
visibility of the ANTAR company brands on foreign markets through participation in trade
promotion program", in order to ensure compliance with the requirements described in the
above project, our company conducts a procedure of request for quotation for:
Booking hotel rooms for 3 people in Dusseldorf area in the period 13/11/2016 –
17/11/2016.

Departure: 2016-11-17
Distance from the Exhibition Area at MESSE DUSSELDORF location – maximum 50 km;
The offer shall be 3 single rooms (or double rooms for 1 person use);
ANTAR Sp. J. doesn’t allow partial offers and variant offers.
Contract period: 13/11/2016 – 17/11/2016

C - the number of points that offer will be granted for the criterion
Cmin – lowest price in PLN net among all offers received
Coffer – price in PLN net of the assessed offer
ANTAR Sp. J. will choose the best offer, that obtains the highest number of points based on
the above criteria. The selection will be made as per the above formula of granting scores.
ANTAR SP. J. during the evaluation process will comply with the European Community rules,
among others the principle of transparency and public nature of the procedure, the principle
of protection of fair competition, the principle of non-discrimination and equal treatment of
participants existing on the market.
Selection will be made on the basis of the most advantageous offer from the economic and
quality point of view.
3. Criteria of evaluation of the offers - price calculation.

The offer price should include all costs that ANTAR SP. J. will have to pay in
connection with the order – show as the net amount (without VAT) and the gross
amount (including VAT).
Rates to be assessed will be the total price (without VAT) for the service in Polish
Złoty, including all the costs of the order.
ANTAR Sp. J. accepts the offers in foreign currencies. In this case, the foreign currency
will be converted into PLN at the average exchange rate of NBP from the day
preceeding the day of offers evaluation.
The price from the offer cannot be changed during the contract time.
4. Date and method of delivering the offer:
The offer should be sent until 31 August 2016, by 16:00 hour, by e-mail to the following
address: [email protected] or directly to the head office of the company (place of deliveryANTAR SP. J. , ul. Zawiślańska 43, 03-068 Warszawa, Poland). The moment of delivery of the
offer is the moment when e-mail reaches ANTAR Sp. J. inbox or the parcel reaches ANTAR Sp.
J. headquarters.
5. Conditions for participation in the procedure.
Please submit the offer within the time described in paragraph 4, taking into account the
following information:

the period of validity of the offer (minimum 30 days) - if not stated in the offer, the
offer is valid until the date of execution of the contract;
specify the currency in which the offer is made;
the offer must be an offer in the meaning of article 66 of the civil code of Poland. The
offer must be in Polish or English language;
The contract will be awarded to the contractor after comparison and evaluation of all offers.
ANTAR Sp. J. doesn’t allow partial offers and variant offers.
6. Information about exclusions:
In order to avoid conflict of interests the orders must not be granted to ANTAR Sp. J.
affiliated entities - in personal or financial meaning.
7. Selection of the offers
Selection will take place within 14 working days from the date described in point 4.
ANTAR SP. J. has the right not to selekt any offer, if a better offer will be found at the public
Internet sites comparing to the offers of this procedure participants.
