(Please refer to school data) Teachers notice an increase in lack of respect students demonstrate towards others, the learning environment and the school. There is a lack of pride in work, less connection to the work. Perhaps this is a reflection of a lack of connection to the school and/or the class. The assessment of current grade 7 students against the Performance Standards for Social Responsibility shows the following; percent of students minimally or not yet meeting ; Contributing to class and community 27% Solving problems in peaceful ways 20% Valuing diversity & defending human rights 16% Exercising democratic rights and responsibilities 48% Graphs of results attached.
