The program offers comprehensive chemical health assessments, intensive outpatient treatment services and continuing outpatient services. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Anthony Louis Center believes chemical dependency and abuse is a problem that affects adolescents emotionally, socially, and developmentally and is one that distresses each family member. It is the mission of Anthony Louis Center to help residents develop the skills and desire to cope with the stress of adolescence in responsible, chemically free manner. The program provides a family-based approach to care, making use of a multi-disciplinary staff. The treatment services are directed toward helping the adolescent through assessing needs and developing treatment plans in the following areas: behavioral, emotional, social, spiritual, medical, environmental, chemical, cultural, gender, family leisure/recreational, and transitional services. Lake St., Suite 210 Forest Lake, MN 55025 Intake Phone: 612.672.2736 Services: Outpatient substance abuse treatment for adult men and women ages 18 and older. 18 year olds may be referred to an adolescent program if it is felt that would be a more appropriate treatment option. Program is abstinence based. Treatment is individualized based on the needs of the client. Treatment consists of group therapy, individual counseling, and educational sessions. Day and evening hours are available. The program meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The hours are from 1:00 – 3:00pm in the day program and 6:30 – 8:30pm in the evening program. The primary program, Phase I, is generally 20 sessions followed by 12 Phase II sessions once a week. Family involvement is offered. All counselors are licensed as alcohol and drug counselors by the State of Minnesota. Private Pay: Assessments are available for private pay clients. Assessments are billed at $423.00* an hour. The Continuum of Care/Aftercare Program is 12 sessions, focusing on the transition of recovery between Intensive Primary Programming and a successful completion of treatment.
