1. WinStar World Casino and Resort, Riverwind Casino, and Newcastle Casino are
governmental enterprises of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally
recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Beginning Monday, May 1, 2017 through
Saturday,September30,2017qualifiedPatronswillbeeligibletoparticipatein
the“AdventureRoadNewMember”promotion.
2. Patrons must be eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid photo ID and
must become a new Players Club card member, with complete and accurate
information, at a minimum of one of the aforementioned properties to
participate.Thefollowingindividualsorentitiesarenoteligibletoparticipateor
win during this promotional activity:employees of WinStar World Casino and
Resort, Riverwind Casino, and Newcastle Casino; employees of the Nation
prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies;
regulations, or laws; anyone who is currently barred from any of the Nation’s
GamingFacilities;oranyPromotionalSponsors.
3. Beginning at 8:00am Monday, May 1, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to
redeem a promotional offer at any of the aforementioned properties’ Player
Clubs.QualifiedPatronswillthenbeabletoearnentriesinthefollowingways:
a. Patrons must visit the New Member promotional link located on the
Adventure Road website www.adventureroad.com or visit any
participatingAdventureRoadpartnertoreceivetheirpromotionaloffer.
b. Patrons must then present their promotional offer to a Players Club
representativeuponbecominganewPlayersClubCardmemberatanyof
theaforementionedproperties.
c. Patrons will be eligible to participate at any, or all properties at which
theybecomeanewmemberduringthequalifyingtimeperiods.
d. Patronswillbeeligibletoreceiveone(1)freeentryintothe“Adventure
RoadNewMember”promotionatinitialsignup.Patronswillalsoreceive
one(1)additionalentryforprovidingavalidemailaddress.
e. Patronswillreceiveone(1)entryforeveryfive(5)pointsearnedontheir
new Players Club Card at that property throughout the qualifying time
period.Partialentrieswillnotcarryoveroncethedrawingsbegin.
f. Every Saturday throughout the promotion, Patrons will receive two (2)

September 16, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to earn entries into the
drawingstobeheldatNewcastleCasino.
5. On Saturday, September 16, 2017 drawings will be held from 7:00pm until
11:45pm and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded one of the
following preliminary cash amounts: $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, and

$10,000. At approximately 11:59pm the Grand Prize drawing will be held and
one(1)winnerwillreceive$25,000incash.

6. Beginning at 8:00am on Monday, May 1, 2017 through 11:59pm on Saturday,
September 23, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to earn entries into the
drawingstobeheldatRiverwindCasino.
7. On Saturday, September 23, 2017 drawings will be held from 7:00pm until
11:45pm and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded one of the
following preliminary cash amounts: $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, and
$10,000. At approximately 11:59pm the Grand Prize drawing will be held and
one(1)winnerwillreceive$25,000incash

September 30, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to earn entries into the
drawingstobeheldatWinStarWorldCasinoandResort.
9. On Saturday, September 30, 2017 drawings will be held from 7:00pm until
11:45pm and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded one of the
following preliminary cash amounts: $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, and
$10,000. At approximately 11:59pm the Grand Prize drawing will be held and
one(1)winnerwillreceive$25,000incash.
10. The following will apply to all “Adventure Road New Member” property
promotions:
a. Atotalof$62,500willbegivenawayateachpropertyduringthisevent.
b. Limitofone(1)preliminarycashprizeperPatron,perdrawingnight.All
PatronswilleligiblefortheGrandPrizedrawingeachnight.
c. Patron(s)donotneedtobepresenttowin.Winner(s)willbecontacted
by the host property and given two (2) weeks to claim their prize. If a
prizeisnotclaimedwithinthedesignatedtimeperioditwillbeforfeited.
d. Thecasinomanagementsystemateachaforementionedpropertywillbe
thesoledeterminantofeachwinner.
11. AllparticipatingPatronsmustabidebythepostedHouseRulesateachproperty.
12. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G
and/ora1099taxform,whenapplicable,providedbytheChickasawNation.
13. Acceptanceofprizeconstituteswinner’spermissionfortheChickasawNationto
use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without
compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form
beforeprizewillbereleased.
14. AnysituationordisputenotcoveredbytheseOfficialRuleswillberesolvedby
the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Chickasaw Nation to be the
fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all
Patrons.Inaddition,theChickasawNationreservestherighttovoidanyentry,
and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice.
Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize
ClaimwiththeChickasawNation,OfficeoftheGamingCommissioner.

15. ParticipationinthispromotionisanagreementtoabidebytheseOfficialRules.
FailuretocomplywiththeseOfficialRulesmayresultindisqualificationfromthe
promotionandaforfeitureofanyprizes.
16. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the
affirmativeconsentofeachPatrontotheexclusivejurisdictionoftheChickasaw
Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which
shallgovernthispromotion.

The “Adventure Road New Member” promotional period begins
Monday, May 1st, 2017 at 10:30am and concludes Saturday,
September9th,2017at11:59pm.
B.
HOWTOBEELIGIBLEFORDRAWINGS
1.
PatronsmustNOTbeaClubRemingtonMemberpriortoenrollingfor
theirpromotionaloffer.
2.
Patrons must visit www.adventureroad.com and follow promotional
linktoredeemtheiroffercode.
3.
Patrons must visit Remington Park any time between the
aforementionedpromotionalperiodandinquireabouttheAdventure
RoadNewMemberpromotion.
Patronsmusthavetheiruniqueoffercodewiththem.
DIRECTIONSFORENTRERINGDRAWINGATREMINGTONPARK
1.
Uponcompletionofreceivingtheuniquepromotionalcode,patrons
mustvisitClubRemingtonandpresenttheircode.
2.
Patrons must sign up for a Club Remington Membership. Club
RemingtonMembershipisfree.
3.
Patrons will be eligible to receive one (1) free entry into the
“AdventureRoadNewmember”promotionatinitialsignup.Patrons
will also receive one (1) additional entry for providing a valid email
address.
4.
Patronswillreceiveone(1)entryforeveryfive(5)pointsearnedon
their new Club Remington Card throughout the promotional period.
Partialentrieswillnotcarryoveroncethedrawingsbegin.
5.
Every Saturday throughout the promotion, patrons will receive two
(2) entries for every five (5) points earned on their Club Remington
Card.
6.
On Saturday, September 9th, 2017, drawings will be held from 7:00
PM until 11:45PM and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be
awarded.

1.
Cash prizes will be awarded between $1,000 (One Thousand Dollars

Winners will be contacted by a Remington Park Marketing
representativeviaphoneand/oremailaddress.
2.
Winners must be a Club Remington Club card member. In order to
receive prize the winner must present their personalized Club
Remington Club card and a photo ID. Membership to the Club
RemingtonClubisfree.
3.
Prizeisnon-transferable.

gambling age is ineligible for this promotion. In the event an
