Valuation Agency / Consultant for valuation of the HAL land
admeasuring 87.70 acres as per the plan enclosed as Annexure A and
Annexure B with and without structures (as is where is basis) situated
at Pimpri,Pune-411018.

Dear Sir,
Hindustan Antibiotics Limited (HAL) is a wholly owned Government Company under
the administrative control of Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of
Pharmaceuticals, Govt. of India. HAL is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing
of life saving drugs at affordable prices and it is a pioneer in the Pharmaceutical
Industry in the country.
HAL is holding a large area of land at Pimpri, near Pune, one of the most advanced
industrial areas in the country. As a part of the Company’s long terms strategy, HAL
has decided to realize the potential of part of its large area of land at Pimpri to
augment its revenues. HAL plans to get valued its bulk land admeasuring 87.70
acres divided as Part A comprising of plot no. P1 to P11, Part B, CISF Colony, ‘I’
Type Quarter, Open air theatre and land carved out of H.A.Colony. The copy of
drawing is enclosed as Annexure-A and Annexure-B. The valuation is required to
be done plot wise / unit wise for Part A (valuation of Plot P1 to P11 Plot wise), Part
B, CISF Colony (with structure), ‘I’ Type Quarter (with structure), Open air theatre
(open land) and land carved out of H.A.Colony with structure on it. In order to fix the
reserve price for each unit / plot, valuation is required to be done considering the
possible permissible commercial use of the land.
It has been decided to engage a appropriate Government Approved Valuer along
with Expert Valuation Agency / Consultant for valuation of the land plot wise unit
wise for valuation of 87.70 Acres of Land containing Part A (Plot P1 to P11), Part B,
CISF Colony, ‘I’ Type Quarter, Open air theater and 5.46 acres land carved out H.A.
Colony situated at Pimpri adjacent to Pimpri Bhosari Road Off Pune Mumbai
Highway Pimpri, Pune 411018. The Annexure-A indicating Part A (Plot P-1 to P-11),
Part B and Annexure B indicating CISF colony, ‘I’ Type Quarter, Open air theatre
and area of 5.46 acres carved out of H.A.Colony is enclosed herewith.
The Valuer has to do the valuation by taking into consideration the possible
permissible commercial use of land and suggest / recommend plot-wise / unit wise
reserved price.
It has been decided to call the quotations from the expert valuation agency /
consultant through appropriate Government valuer for the valuation of land by taking
into consideration the possible permissible commercial use of land admeasuring
87.70 acres as per enclosed drawing as Annexure-A and Annexure-B.
We request to kindly submit the quotation for undertaking above referred valuation
within 14 days of receipt of this letter but not later than 20/03/2017 as per enclosed
Annexure-I.
We hope that you will do the needful to submit your quotations for taking up the
