Academic eRecruit – Business Process Overview Applicants Apply Applicant submit profile, EEO information, and required application materials online. HRS Routes Application Materials to the Hiring Manager & Search Committee All applications are routed. HRS does not review or screen academic applications. Academic eRecruit – Business Process Overview Search Committee Review Committee reviews application materials and determines who to interview. Interviewed candidates are marked in eRecruit Hiring Manager Submits Job Offer Hiring Manager enters offer details and links offer letter in Job Opening. Academic eRecruit – Business Process Overview Job Offer Approval Process Offer is reviewed and approved by department, Dean’s Office, HRS, and Deputy Provost. Post Offer Activities Department enters reject reasons on interviewed candidates. Candidate completes CBC. HRS creates emplid. Department processes new hire paperwork.
