HCVT Named as one of the 2016 Best Accounting Firms to Work For
Los Angeles, CA. August 8, 2016 − Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP (HCVT) is proud to announce
that it has been named as one of the 2016 Best Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting
Today. This is the ninth year of the annual survey that was conducted by Accounting Today and the
Best Companies Group to recognize leading firms. The rankings of the 100 firms on the list will be
announced in the November issue of Accounting Today. “We are very proud of this honor and
attribute this recognition to the great team at HCVT. A career in public accounting is more than
demanding, and we continually focus on making HCVT a great place to work for our team by
providing the right technical training and a workplace environment that fosters collaboration, and

About the Survey:
This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers
in the accounting industry, benefiting the industry's economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is
made up of 100 companies.
Companies from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine
Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work for. The first part consisted of evaluating each
nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This
part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part
consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process
was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top
companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and
survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
