Holy Family Parish School in Kirkland, Washington is excited to be celebrating our 33rd
annual silent and live auction, with this year’s theme being Let the Good Times Roll! Our
event will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2017! This annual spring auction serves as
the major fund-raiser each year for our school, raising in excess of $325,000. We are very
excited for this year’s Mardi Gras Masquerade themed auction.

For over 56 years, Holy Family Parish School has been providing excellence in education
for kindergarten through eighth grade children. Our mission is successful in large part
through the generous support of local businesses, such as yours, and community partners.
Funds raised through our annual auction have significantly contributed to the school’s
operating budget, provided multiple school wide advanced technology enhancements,
supplied necessary update to the core curriculum, created studio space for our art classes,
invested in school security upgrades and most importantly provided tuition assistance to
school families in need.
With your help, we continue to support the current 250+ children who attend our school
and future students in years to come.
We are kindly seeking donations, including merchandise and gift certificates for products
or services to include in our silent and live auctions. Please note that our deadline for
donations received is March 3, 2017.

• provide exposure of your product to the 350+ auction attendees
• highlight your business and donation in our auction newsletter

parents of our students
