Dauphin EVENT RULES Vendors are required to attend a logistics meeting Monday, July 10th at 11am inside WVON’s Legacy Room. This meeting will provide vital information for success at the Taste of WVON. Additionally, vendors will receive their booth assignment, map and other logistical details for the Taste of WVON. Full payments are required in order for applications to be processed for location assignment. Booth assignments are only made with full payment. Payments will only be accepted in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. Please make payments to: Midway Broadcasting Corporation. Booth assignments are made on a tier system, based on your investment level. Any equipment/supplies supplied by WVON is to be returned. All vendors are required to properly dispose of all trash and leave all WVON supplied equipment in the booth or one of the designated drop-off points. Any missing chairs or table will be charged to the vendor: Chairs are $20 each, Tables are $125 each. Food Preparation ends at 8:30pm. No fresh food can be cooked after this time. All participating Food Vendors must have a valid sanitation license. Valid/current Sanitation license must be submitted at the time of payment/application. All participating vendors must have a certificate of insurance evidencing $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage naming Midway Broadcasting Corporation as Additional Insured. The certificate holder should read: Midway Broadcasting Corporation 1000 East 87th Street Chicago, IL 60619 Certificates of insurance must be submitted at the time of payment/application. Food vendors are responsible for cleanup and proper disposal of their booth area. All food vendors are required to have heavy duty garbage bags which are to be disposed of in the proper recycles. Any vendor requiring access to power will pay an additional $50 which will cover the entire day. Polluting on private property is strictly prohibited. Any vendor found to have disposed of garbage in the park and/or near residential areas will be issued a ticket from the City. There is no parking on Dauphin after 10am the morning of July 15th. Only food trucks will be allowed on Dauphin during the event. No EXCEPTIONS. Violators will be ticketed and towed. There will be NO refunds. The Taste of WVON will be held rain or shine.
