OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES
1.ORGANISER
The competition is organised by GASTRONIX CZ, s.r.o., Na Florenci 15, 110 00 Prague (hereinafter referred to as “Organiser”).
2.ELIGIBILITY
All employees and sales representatives of the operator, and persons in co-operation with the operator or their affiliates, are disqualified
from entering the competition under the provision of Section 116 of the Civil Code. In the case where the winner of the competition is an
employee, a sales representative of the operator and a person in co-operation with the operator or their affiliates, the prize is not awarded.
Likewise, the prize is not awarded in the case where the operator finds or has any legitimate suspicion of committing fraud or misconduct
by any of the participants or any other persons, who may have helped the participant to receive the prize.
3.DURATION OF COMPETITION
The competition will be held from 3rd July 2017 until 31st August 2017.
4.HOW TO WIN
For every purchase in the canteen of Presto Chodov, the customer receives a stamp in their competition card = for every one DOT, the
customer receives one stamp in the designated collection card.
After collecting 50 DOTS, the customer fills in their card (name, telephone number, email) and throws it into the collection box.
On 11th September 2017, three winners of the competition will be drawn from the collection box. Main prize is one lunch voucher worth
5 DOTS to be used for free from 1st October 2017 until 31st December 2017. Two other winners will get one lunch voucher worth 5 DOTS
to be used for free from 1st October 2017 until 31st October 2017.
On top of all this you will even get extra DOTS for free:
10 DOTS = 1 free DOT
25 DOTS = 2 free DOTS
50 DOTS = 5 free DOTS
The customer may use extra free DOTS independently, or they may also be combined DOTS cannot be reused.
5.PRIZES
For the purposes of this competition, the Organiser ensured the following prizes:
Two winners will receive a free lunch voucher valid for the one month – during October 2017. The voucher is valid for up to 5 lunches per
week, worth maximum of 5 DOTS, in the Presto Chodov canteen from 1st October 2017 until 31st October 2017. 4 weeks altogether =
22 free lunches.
One winner will receive a free lunch voucher valid for the rest of the year. The voucher is valid for up to 5 lunches per week, worth
maximum of 5 DOTS, in the Presto Chodov canteen from 1st October 2017 until 31st December 2017. 13 weeks altogether = 63 free lunches.
6.PRIZE DRAW
The final draw and prize award will be held on 11th September 2017 at the premises of Presto Chodov. The draw will include all valid and
duly filled competition cards, which were, over the duration of the competition, thrown into the collection boxes intended for this purpose,
located on premises of Presto Chodov. Prize draw will take place in the following amounts: 1 voucher for 13 x 5 free lunches. (5 lunches per
week, worth a maximum of 5 DOTS, from 1st October until 31st December 2017 = 63 free lunches worth 5 DOTS altogether). 2 vouchers
for 22 free lunches (5 lunches per week, worth a maximum of 5 DOTS), from 1st October until 31st October = 22 free lunches worth 5 DOTS
altogether). The name of the winners will be published on the website of Presto Chodov www.prestorestaurant.cz/cz/chodov.
7.PARTICIPANTS
The participants are aware that they cannot claim their prize in any other amount, except for the amount determined by the Organiser.
The exaction of participation and prizes in the court of law is subject to exclusion. Failure to comply with the terms of the competition
renders the participant ineligible to claim the prize. Results of the competition are final, without the possibility of appeal. The final
decision about any disputes rests with the operator.
8.PRIZE AWARD
The prize will be awarded to the participants given they have adhered to the terms of the competition, fulfilled the conditions therein
and their claim is confirmed by the Organiser. In the event of a dispute about the validity of the claim to the prize of this competition, the
decision rests with the Organiser. The prize will be awarded personally.
9.PERSONAL INFORMATION
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the storage of all submitted personal information (hereinafter as
“information”) in the database of GASTRONIX ALFA CZ, s.r.o., as the administrator (hereinafter as “company”), and their subsequent
processing for marketing purposes, including sending of information of upcoming events and other activities, as well as to the sending
of commercial information through electronic means according to Act no. 480/2004 Coll., until such consent is revoked. The participant
acknowledges their rights according to Section 11 and 22 of the Act no. 101/2000 Coll, i.e. that providing personal information is
voluntary, that they have the right to amend their personal information, blocking of inaccurate personal information, their disposal,
etc. The participants explicitly agree, that the operator is entitled to use, in accordance with Section 12 of the Act no. 40/1964 Coll.,
as amended by the Civil Code, their name, surname and town of residence in the media (including the internet) free of charge,
promotional and advertising materials of the Organiser in connection with this competition and its services, and recording and
publishing of participants of the competition on sound and video in a manner as described above, for a period of 5 years from
the time the competition ends.
10. LOCATION OF RULES
The official rules of the competition are available to customers at the premises of Presto Chodov, in the form of a poster. The Organiser
reserves the right to amend these rules. By participating in the competition, participants expressed their agreement with the rules
of this competition and that they are binding.
In Prague, on 3rd July 2017
