• Be flexible & work as a team
• Turn up for your shifts on time
• Dress in comfortable, warm clothes

When you arrive at the Ops Centre
• Present a copy of your shift
confirmation email
• Your name ticked off shift list
• Get your services badge
• Wait to be collected from the
volunteers area
When you arrive at a CC centre
• Your team leader will report to the shift
office and ask for the Services Liaison
• Go to area designated for your team
• Open the clinic
When you leave a CC centre
• Your team leader will inform the
Services Liaison and report to the shift
office
