2017 SG Nationwide Consumer Promotion
Terms and Conditions:
1. This lucky draw is open to all residents of Singapore, except (a) all employees and
immediate families of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd and (b) ExxonMobil Asia Pacific
Pte. Ltd’s advertising agencies.
2. ExxonMobil reserves the right to be the only judge on this promotion.
3. ExxonMobil has the right to disregard or disqualify any entry, participant or winner, in
such manner as ExxonMobil deems fit, without giving notice or reason, and without
any liability to any person. In the event there is a dispute, ExxonMobil’s decisions are
final and no correspondence will be entertained.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. One bottle is entitled to one coupon.
6. One coupon is entitled to one draw only.
7. Winners will be contacted via text and a phonecall.
8. Winning serial number will be announced on Mobil 1 website (mobil1.com.sg) and trade
to check on their own.
9. After being notified, Winners must provide their NRIC, phone number and coupon to
claim their prize.
10. Winners (including outlets) are not allowed to transfer prizes to others.
11. Entries without proof of purchase will be disqualified. Incomplete and illegible entries
will not be accepted.
12. Prizes not claimed within the stipulated date stated in the SMS and phonecall will be
forfeited.
13. By participating in this draw, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
and decisions of the Organizer.
14. Winners must attend all promotional activities related to the award to the company,
such as interviews and published photos. The Company reserves the right to use the
winner’s name and image for promotional materials or advertisements without having
to pay any fee or compensation to the winners.
15. Lucky draw license no. 416/2017, issued by Singapore Police Force.
16. In event that any of the selected winners do not redeem their prizes, the trades will not
be eligible to receive the prize as well.
17. The following prizes will be given. Each winning participant is only entitled to win one
