OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. VALID ONLY
IN THE UNITED STATES. VOID IN CALIFORNIA, MASSACHUSETTS, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS,
U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. THEME:
A sweepstakes for a chance to win a free, limited-run 30th Anniversary G17 Gen4 that is individually
hand-engraved. Participants can register once for an entry while the contest is live. Two additional
entries can be received through by watching an embedded GunnyTime/GLOCK Promo reel after
registering.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal U.S. residents of all states, except in states not permitted by law. GLOCK, Inc. (hereinafter,
“Sponsor”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, agents,
advertising and promotional agencies, employees and their immediate families or persons residing in
the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. You must be 21 or older to
enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, the participant must complete the on-line GunnyTime registration at
https://us.glock.com/gunnytime. To earn the registration entry, the participant must provide their first
and last name, email address, date of birth and gender. Once registered, a thank you confirmation page
will appear with an option to earn 2 additional entries by watching a GunnyTime promo video.
Participants are limited to a total of three (3) entries per email address. The winner must pass all legal
requirements in order to redeem firearm and will need to pay all fees associated with the Federal
Firearms License (FFL) transfer.
5. SUBMISSIONS AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Times, including entry and deadline for submissions are based on Eastern Daylight Time. Submissions
will be accepted starting at noon on July 13, 2016 and through August 31, 2016 until 11:59 p.m. EST.
Neither Sponsor nor their parent company and their related companies, nor any of their respective
employees, representatives or agencies, is responsible for damaged, lost, late, delayed, misdirected,
unauthorized or ineligible entries.
6. DETERMINATION OF WINNER:
The winner will be chosen by random selection by approximately a week after August 31, 2016. Odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be contacted, via the email provided in the contest entry, by GLOCK, Inc. to gather all
legal information needed for the transfer to a local FFL licensee.
Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and all stipulations made in correspondence, which
are final and binding in all respects.
In the event of non-compliance with contest requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate
winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and
an alternate winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
8. PRIZES:
Prizes consist of: one (1) 30th Anniversary G17 Gen4 and glass-top display case. The pistol is stamped
with a limited-run serial #14 of 30, has a slide that is individually hand-engraved by a FEGA master
engraver, and includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Mr. Glock. The pistol will need to be
transferred through a local FFL licensee.
Prizes are non-transferable. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. No prize substitution or
cash equivalent of prizes.
9. GENERAL:
The sponsor of this contest is GLOCK, Inc., 6000 Highlands Parkway, Smyrna, GA 30082 (“Sponsor”).
Contest is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants release Sponsor
and their respective parents, subsidiaries, limited liability, and other affiliated companies, and the
directors, shareholders, members, officers, employees, or agencies of any of the above organizations
from any and all liability for any injury, death, loss, tax liability or damage of any kind arising from
entrant’s participation in this contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any
prize. Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor
may use his/her name, address (city and state only), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional
purposes in any media now existing or hereinafter devised, without additional compensation, where
legal. (Tennessee residents need not consent to or sign any publicity release.) Failure to comply with
these Official Contest Rules may result in disqualification from the contest. Sponsor reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify from this or any contest it sponsors, now or in the future, any
person it finds, in its sole discretion, has intentionally violated these Official Rules, tampered with the
entry process, the operation of the contest, or any other aspect of this contest; and (ii) cancel or
suspend part or all of this Contest in the event that tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other
causes beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play
of the contest. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries
received prior to the date of cancellation or suspension.
10. WARNING:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; AND SHOULD SUCH
AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING
ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR OTHER PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
11. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER:
The winner of the contest will be announced on GLOCK’s GunnyTime website and on GLOCK’s social
channels after the legal transfer of the prize is complete.
12. ABBREVIATED RULES:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter,
submit your name, e-mail address, gender and date of birth. Sweepstakes begins July 13, 2016, and
ends August 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Limit three possible entries per person. The prize is as listed in
No. 8 above, which consists of a hand-engraved 30th Anniversary G17 Gen4 (30USA14) and a 30th
Anniversary display case.
