Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
1. Eligibility: The San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union (“METRO”) 80th Anniversary Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents that live or work in San Diego County who are at least eighteen (18)
years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. METRO employees, officers, representatives, and
their family members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local
laws and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning
a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning Grand Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms;
the odds of winning 1st Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning
2nd Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 3rd Prize will be
determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 4th Prize will be determined by the
final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 5th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry
forms; the odds of winning 6th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of
winning 7th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 8th Prize
will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 9th Prize will be determined
by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 10th Prize will be determined by the final number
of entry forms; the odds of winning 11th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the
odds of winning 12th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning
13th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 14th Prize will be
determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 15th Prize will be determined by the
final number of entry forms; the odds of winning 16th Prize will be determined by the final number of
entry forms; the odds of winning 17th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms, the
odds of winning 18th Prize will be determined by the final number of entry forms; the odds of winning

3. Sponsor: San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union, 9212 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123.
4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on August 18, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends
on August 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. PDT.
5. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes.
a. Complete an entry format a METRO Branch Location during normal hours of operation.
b. Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without visiting a branch, call 619.297.4835 or toll free
888.907.3628 to complete an entry with a Phone Representative, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. PDT.
6. Limitation on Number of Entries: Only one entry per household is allowed.
7. Description of Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: $500 Visa Gift Card and Travel Certificate redeemable through Montrose Travel for airfare from San Diego, airport transfers, and a two (2) night stay for two in Las Vegas, NV.
Certificate has a maximum value of $1,000 and must be applied to travel booked by phone with Montrose
Travel. Certificate has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. (1) 1st Prize: iPad Mini 32GB,
$499 ARV; (1) 2nd Prize: Coach Purse, $265 ARV; (4) 3rd Prize: 4-pack San Diego Zoo/Safari Park Passes,

8. Winner Selection and Notification: winners will be selected at a random drawing on August 26, 2014.
Each winner will be notified using the information provided on the entry form. If the credit union is unable
to contact a chosen winner by phone or mail within two (2) weeks of the drawing date, a new winner will
be chosen. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Once the final winners are drawn, the remaining
entries will be destroyed.
