MEMBERSHIP CUP FINALS JURISDICTIONAL INTAKE CONTEST RULES
The contest starts Thursday, April 13 and runs through the end of the fraternal year, Friday, June 30, 2017. The contest
is divided into 6 two-week periods, except for the last week which is one week. The six periods are called “games” and
are as follows:

Game 1: Thursday, April 13 through Friday, April 28, 2017
Game 2: Monday, May 1 through Friday, May 12, 2017
Game 3: Monday, May 15 through Friday, May 26, 2017
Game 4: Monday, May 29 through Friday, June 9, 2017
Game 5: Monday, June 12 through Friday, June 23, 2017
Game 6: Monday, June 26 through Friday, June 30, 2017

For each two week game, every jurisdiction will be paired up against another jurisdiction and the winner at the end of
every game will receive the prize below provided that it meets or exceeds 6% (4.5% for the last game) of its annual
intake goal. If the losing jurisdiction meets or exceeds 6% (4.5% for the last game) of its intake goal, it will receive the
prize below:

Additional Bonuses: If you win 4 or more of the 6 matchups and achieve a minimum of 24% of your annual intake goal
over the course of the contest, and/or your total intake for this period meets or exceeds 36%, you will receive the
