Release of liability waiver claims, assumption of risks and indemnity agreement. By signing this release you will waive certain
legal rights including the right to sue. Please read carefully.

Club de Ski Mont-Tremblant and Station Mont-Tremblant
( hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Camp’’)
I am parent or legal guardian of:

(hereinafter referred to as “ the athlete ” ). I am aware that participation in the speed camp involves skiing, ski instruction, and
ski racing.
This camp will take place at Mont Tremblant from January 30th to February 2nd 2017
I am also aware that these activities involve inherent risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: boarding, riding and
disembarking ski lifts, failure of ski lifts, changing weather conditions, variations or steepness in terrain, exposed rock, earth, ice
trees or natural objects; the conditions of snow or ice on or beneath the skiing surface, variation of the skiing,; impact or collision
with lift towers, natural or manmade objects, motor vehicles, equipment, other persons, I am aware that the risks, dangers and
hazards referred to above exist throughout the camp and its activities, many of which are unmarked. The Athlete and I freely
assume and fully accept all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or loss
resulting there from.
In consideration of permitting the athlete’s participation in the camp, I hereby agree on behalf of the athlete, as follows:
TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the athlete or may have against the Camp and all their directors, officers, employees,
agents and representatives (all of whom are hereinafter referred to as (RELEASEES).
TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any loss, damage , injury or expense that I or the
athlete may suffer as a result of the athlete’s participation in the camp due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES.
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND IDEMNITY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for property damage or personal injury
to any third party resulting from the athlete’s participation in this camp.
That this release of liability shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns in
the event of my death.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ON BEHALF OF THE ATHLETE THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO
SIGNING IT , I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING IT, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I
MAY, AND/OR THE ATHLETE MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES,
