Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams Field Play Agreement
Acknowledgment of Risk:
I HEARBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE, that the sport of indoor/outdoor air-soft has inherent risks. I have full knowledge of the nature and extent of all risks
associated with air-soft, including but not limited to:
(I have initialled each point below as certification that I have read and agree to all terms listed)
__________ - All manner of injury resulting from natural surroundings and equipment such as, but not limited to, props, or BB's whether permanently or
temporarily in place.
__________ - The use/consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any mind altering substance is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the
premises and could lead to a permanent ban from all future Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams sanctioned games/events.
__________ - Cuts and abrasions from skin contact with any natural surroundings and/or equipment on or off the field(s) premises
__________ - I understand that at all times I am required to wear field approved eye protection at all time on the field with the exception of any designated
safe zone.
__________ - I agree to use the equipment and props only as and when instructed to and to always obey all game rules and
regulations.
__________ - I understand that I am financially responsible and will be charged for any and all damage I intentionally or unintentionally caused while on the
premises of any field(s) used by Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams. This includes, but is not limited to: light fixtures, walls, windows, doors.
cars, animals, children, etc.
__________ - I agree not to carry or use any weapon, dangerous substance or device and to use only the air guns supplied by or approved the game
Administrator(s).
__________ - I agree to obey the approved field velocity limits as stated prior to the event(s).
__________ - I agree that the game administrator(s)/operator(s), volunteer(s), instructor(s) and personnel have the right at any time which they may exercise
in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel my participation in the air-soft game(s) offered, for any reason whatsoever and without finding
cause.
__________ - I also acknowledge and understand that I have the right to ask questions at any time with the view of understanding the complete game
Procedure and operations in its entirety during and after the game briefing.
__________ - I am aware the Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams administrator(s), operator(s), instructor(s), volunteer(s) and private field owners do not warrant
the condition or safety of the equipment, facilities, or premises, natural and/or constructed or the availability of emergency care connected
With the Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams and private field owners.
__________ - I acknowledge that liability insurance coverage at any and all Red Deer Assault Teams sanctioned game(s) is mandatory and are included with
the game fees.
I further acknowledge that the above list is not inclusive of all possible risks associated with indoor/outdoor air-soft and the above list in no way limits the extent
or coverage of this release and covenant not to sue.
RELEASE / INDEMNIFICATION AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE
In consideration of my engaging in indoor/outdoor air-soft and my use of the equipment and field(s), I, ______________________________________
the undersigning user, agree that I will not make a claim against, sue or prosecute Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams, any of it's operators, owners,
partners, members, participants, and or private field owner(s) (all foregoing listed being hereafter designated "release’s") for any injury, property loss or
damage occurring to me as a result of my participation in indoor/outdoor air-soft and my use of any equipment with the Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams
and the private field owner(s), whether caused by the negligence of the Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams or otherwise and
whether my participation is supervised or unsupervised. In addition, I release and discharge Red Deer Airsoft assault Teams and all of the other Release’s
from all actions, claims, or demands that I now or in the future may have for any injury or personal property loss or damage at any time before, during or
after the event(s) resulting in my participation in indoor/outdoor air-soft and my use of any equipment conducted.
I hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks inherent in indoor/outdoor air-soft and I voluntarily assume the risks. I understand I will be solely responsible
for any injury or personal loss or damage I sustain while participating in indoor/outdoor air-soft and the by this agreement, I am relieving Red Deer Airsoft Assault
Teams and their Release’s of any and all liability for any such loss, damage or injury.
I further certify that I am in good health and that I have no physical limitations which would preclude my safe indoor/outdoor air-soft participation.

older) and otherwise legally competent to sign this agreement. I further understand that the terms of this agreement are legally binding and I certify that I am signing

Medical Release Waiver
In the event that I am unable to consciously make medical decisions for myself, I,
do hereby
authorize and consent to any x-ray, examination, anaesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis or treatment and hospital care which is
deemed advisable by, and is to rendered by, a physician on the medical staff of any accredited hospital, whether at the office of the
physician or at the hospital.
It is understood that this authorization is given to provide authority and power on the part of the of Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams
(R.A.A.T.) or the "bearer" to give specific consent to any and all such diagnosis, treatment, or hospital care which the physician in
the exercise of his judgment may deem advisable.

This remains in effect through the current year’s end. If any changes to the information on file are needed, it is the
responsibility of the above signed person to notify Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams (R.A.A.T.) of the change(s) needed.
You privacy is very important to us; all information collected for our use only and will be held in the strictest of confidence. All
information will be destroyed at the end of the calendar year.
Media Consent Form
RAAT is very active using social media, regularly posting photographs from games and special events on our Facebook pages as well as our website. Under
the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Red Deer Airsoft Assault Teams (RAAT) requires consent to publish these photographs. At no time
will any personal information be disclosed in any way shape or form; any reference to the player (s) if any, will be by their call sign (RAAT forum name) only.
Any personal information gathered as part of the registration process will be held in a secure location in strict confidence.
