JASTGAR eVOTE Electronic Voting System
Introduction
The fllowing document is designed to provide you with an over view of the JASTGAR eVOTE Electronic
Voting System and how the system can guaranty “One Person, One Vote” through Bio-Metrics and a
systematic approach to eliminating Fraud and Corruption.
We believe that the time has come to eliminate the weaknesses of existing voting systems by finally
taking advantage of new technologies that better recognize a person and can detect if the person
presenting Voter Identification I indeed that person. We can also detect if the person has previously
voted, or if they are voting in the right location.
Should a fraud be detected, then local security is notified so they can apprehend the violator on the
spot. Evidence collected during the voting process can be used to prove guilt or innocense in the
shortest time possible.
Our system is tailored to meet the needs of diabled individuals and can accommodate their needs in
advance of the election day crowds, if permissable.
Local Voter Recognition is accomplished by comparing the Voter ID Card Information with the Voter
Recognition performed at the Voting Site, while Remote Voter Validation is performed by comparing the
Voter Information with the Voter Repository Data Base to detect if the voter has voted at a different
location, thereby eliminating double votes and allowing local security to apprehend the vilator on the
spot.
Our systm provides near real-time voting results via informational reports and displays that can be
formatted to include content requested by delivery locations and clients. Trending analysis can easily be
performed to help understand the results of voting patterns, while Audit Trails and Logs can be used to
trace voting activity and assist in the detection, documentation, capture, and prosecution of Voting
Frauds and Corruption.
The next pages will provide you with our Direction Statement, Process Documentation, Network
