Pathway Capital Management, LLC, a leading institutional investment management firm that
creates and manages specialized private equity funds of funds for institutional investors
worldwide, is seeking an Investment Analyst. The Investment Analyst is responsible for analyzing
potential private equity fund investment opportunities and monitoring client portfolios. Investment
Analysts work closely with Associates, Vice Presidents, and Directors on small client and due
diligence teams in a flat, dynamic organization. This is a long-term position with significant growth
prospects and a career path.

Responsibilities include:
 Perform initial and in-depth quantitative and qualitative reviews of potential private equity
fund investments, and discuss/present findings with senior level professionals
 Review and update information on existing fund investments and prepare reports for
investors
 Perform industry research and work with various sources and systems to monitor existing
portfolios and assess new opportunities
 Meet with and evaluate existing and new managers. Maintain deal flow database for
potential managers
 Create and present analytical due diligence to the investment team. Help prepare
recommendations on new manager commitments
 Develop and maintain investor presentation slides
This is an entry-level position, and as such, requirements include:
 One to three years of full-time experience in investment banking, consulting, audit,
investment management, accounting, or other similar fields.
 A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, business economics,
or related field with a record of high academic achievement.
 A strong interest in investments; private equity knowledge preferred but not required
 Strong quantitative and analytical skills, strong Excel skills preferred
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
 High quality writing skills are extremely important
 Ability and desire to work in a collaborative, multi-office environment
