0 - We do not yet interact with First Nations and Indigenous artists and
community.
1 - We know who the local First Nation is, and have invited them to welcome
people and/or bless an event a few times.
2 - We have hired First Nations artists to present or perform for a non-FN
audience as a part our program.
3 - We have sought and accepted advice, and regularly include First Nations
and Indigenous artists.
4 - We have one First Nations board member and 1 aspect of our regular
programming and resources focused on featuring FN artists, and consider
the Indigenous community as valuable audience members.
5 - First Nations and Indigenous artists or arts leaders are involved in our
direction and programming including budgeting, curating, hiring, visioning,
creating and as audience members. We have shifted resources to include
and sometimes prioritize First Nations and Indigenous artists.
