This approach can rapidly work with young unseasoned engineers among seasoned operators but it demands that you truly make values a part of your belief and relationship Gung Ho Origins Was created by a young Native American MBA in a middle management factory job – Was based on the teachings about relationships from his Grandfather – Has a certain unusual flavor of Native American perspectives and harmony with the land and each other Factory was a dump that was about to be closed within 5 years recognized in a White House ceremony as a leading plant in the U.S.
