1 Overview
Use this document as a template when creating the Summary Test Report. You can create the
Summary Test Report manually (using this template as a model), or it can be created
automatically by a test tool, as long as it includes all the information included in this document.
Please be aware of the following items:

The Product Name entered on the title page of this document must exactly match the name of
the product entered in the Certification System.

The Version Number is optional. However, if it is used, it must exactly match the Version
Number entered in the Certification System.

The Supplier and implementation information must exactly match the information entered in
the Certification System.

When finished, the Summary Test Report must be reproduced and submitted in full without
any modification.
When using this template as a model, you can remove the notes preceding each table. If the report
is produced from a test tool, those paragraphs can be omitted.

Uncertainty
NOTE
This section should include uncertainty calculation for the test results for RF test
specification. Combined standard uncertainty is calculated by combining
appropriately the standard uncertainties for each of the individual contributions
identified in the measurement considered or in the part of it that has been considered.
NOTE
In the case of additive components (linearly combined components where all the
corresponding coefficients are equal to one) and when all these contributions are
independent of each other (stochastic),this combination in connected with vertical
and horizontal factors is calculated by using the Root of the Sum of the Squares (the
RSS method) based on ETSI TS 103 051, test laboratory shall describe each
uncertainty value except of process of uncertainty evaluation.
NOTE
Table 10 is just an example. The real uncertainty sources shall be identified and
listed by the validation laboratory.
