Dear Campers and Parents,
It is an exciting time for Brookwood High School, and our
basketball program. Our 2015-16 team finished with a
record of 17-9 including a Deep South Classic Championship
and a State Ranking as high as #8 by Score Atlanta. We
want to continue to build our home grown talent base with
our fundamental camp where children will be able to learn
new skills and develop their basketball abilities to the fullest.
We want kids to enjoy the game of basketball and develop
their talents to become a better player. Throughout the camp
we will cover basic fundamentals of ball handling, shooting,
passing and overall knowledge of the game along with fun
activities to keep the campers fresh. I look forward to you
joining us for a great summer camp!
Yours in basketball,

Camp
This camp is an excellent way to start learning
about Brookwood Basketball. Coach Chavatal
will serve as the lead instructor in the camp and
will begin teaching the offenses and defenses that
we use here at Brookwood. We will also work on
fundamentals with the use of various drills that
we use in our high school practices and game
situations. This camp is a great opportunity to
get your “foot in the door” entering 9th grade at
Brookwood. A majority of our current
varsity players went through this camp as they
entered high school.
