 In assisting virtual collaboration, we have:
 Maintained
a series of mailing lists
 Provided blog and wiki functions on the website
 Replaced Google Docs with Filedepot
 Maintained a collective calendar
 Maintained newsfeeds such as RSS and Twitter

a database of events relating to the
project
 Created a database of publications relating to the
project
 Used software such as Prezi and YouTube to
make presentations engaging
 Made the website attractive and easy to navigate
