Proof of Insurance - Forrest Lake Townhomes

The Proof of Homeowner's Insurance Resolution
"Owners of townhouses in Forrest Lake (defined as the property administered by
the elected Board of Directors of Forrest Lake Townhouse Association) shall carry
insurance to cover all remediation and restoration required to refurbish the fabric
and structure of their townhouse and restore it to its original condition in the event
of fire, water damage to include rising water, wind damage, or any other
catastrophic situation. Owners are required to present to the Forrest Lake office no
later than November 30, 2006, and at each annual anniversary of that date, written
proof of insurance with the association named as a coinsured that an adequate
insurance policy, in the discretion of the Association, is in force, New owners are
required to provide similar proof of insurance at the time that they acquire
ownership of a Forrest Lake property. Written proof of insurance from each owner
shall be in the possession of the Association on or before November 30, 2006 the
resolution shall form part of the bylaws of the Forrest Lake Townhouse Association.
The failure to provide proof of insurance as required herein shall entitle the
Association to charge a $25.00 per month penalty and the termination of any utility
services."
