Late Show / No-Show / Late Turnback Policy
Definitions

Late: Not on ice or in scorekeeper’s area at scheduled start time of game

Start time of game: Game time indicated on game assignment in Arbiter
o Does not apply where tournament rules allow for alternative start times

No show: Not at game site at start of game without contacting assigner prior to start of game

Late turnback: Assigner notified that official will be unable to complete an accepted assignment less than 48 hours
prior to start of game
o Late turnback penalties will be applied any time an official finds a replacement who is deemed by the
scheduler to be underqualified for the game
