Bidder is to confirm their acceptance of the following. Please refer to paragraph 3
where deviations/exceptions to NSPA terms and conditions are proposed.

primary bank acceptable to NSPA, for 10 (ten) % of the anticipated base
contract period value in accordance with Part I of the RFP (Bidding
Instructions and Administrative Requirements) and Part II of the RFP (Draft

In presenting this offer, the bidder confirms acceptance of all NSPA terms and
conditions as well as the requirements stipulated in the SOW.

Instructions to NSPA Contractors Deployed on NATO Operations
The bidder confirms that he has read and understood the above NSPA Instruction
and confirms his full compliance to the Instructions.

Comments to the conditions stipulated in paragraph 1:
2.1
The bidder may provide comments to the conditions stipulated in paragraph
1 above.
2.2
NSPA will consider all comments; however, NSPA may award a contract on
the basis of the Contractor’s acceptance of the conditions stipulated in paragraph 1
and the Bidder’s confirmation on page 8.

3.
Alternate Proposal
3.1 If deviations to the conditions stipulated in paragraph 1 or to the Technical
Requirements are proposed, the Bidder shall submit an alternate proposal,
clearly marked as such, in addition to a proposal that is fully compliant with all
requirements.
3.2 The exceptions/deviations that are the basis for an alternate proposal are to be
included in the following table (attach additional documentation if required). The
Bidder is requested also to provide the financial impact of the alternate proposal
if any as well as the impact to other elements of the RFP should this alternate
proposal be considered.
3.3 NSPA will not consider an alternate proposal if a proposal compliant with all
RFP requirements is not submitted or is deemed non-compliant.
