General
• Thegamewillconsistof8ends(6endsforafternoonseniors).Ifagameis
tiedafter8ends,anextraendwillbeplayedwith4rocksperteam(witha2
rockfreeguardzonerule)(Seniorsareexemptfromthetieruling).Ifstill
tied,Skipswilldrawtothebutton,withsweeping.
• Youmustplay6endsforthegametobeofficial.
• Itisthewinningteam’sThird’sresponsibilitytorecordtheresultsonthe
drawsheetbymarkinga“W”bythewinningteam’snameonthedayofthe
game.Ifthewinisbydefault,markwinningteamwith“WD”.
• Ateammusthaveaminimumof3playerstocommenceplay.Twoofthe
threemustberegisteredmembersoftheteam.
Forfeiture
• Ifateamislate,theyarepenalized1pointand1endforthefirst15minutes
andanadditionalpointandendforeach10minutesthereafter.After35
minutestheteamthatislateforfeitsthegame.
• Ifateamcancelsagame,foranyreason,thatgameisdeemedtobeforfeited
bytheteamthatinitiatedthecancellation.Theteams,uponagreement,can
makeupgamesandtheforfeiturewillbereversed.
• Iftheteamsagreetoamake-upgame,itmustbecompletednolaterthan15
daysfromtheoriginalscheduledate.
• Intheeventthattheexecutive,viatheleaguecoordinator,duetoimpassable
roads,plantbreakdownorinclementweather,cancelsadraw,theaffected
drawwillbevoidandnotreplayed.Everyeffortwillbemadetonotifythe
respectiveskipsasfarinadvanceaspossiblesothattheymaynotifytheir
team.
TimeLimit
• Ifthereisaseconddraw,allgamesmustbecompletedwithinthe2hourtime
limit,withtheexceptionofthefollowing:
o Thereisatienecessitatinganextraend
o Nonewendmaybestartedlaterthan15minutesbeforetheendof
the2hourlimit.
o Anendalreadyinprogressmaybecompleted.

Spares
• Sparesarepermitted.Sparesmayplayanypositionexceptskip.
• Sparesmustpaysparefees,unlesstheyarepaidmembersofthatparticular
league.Itistheresponsibilityoftheskiptoensurethespareisinformedof
andpaysthesparefee.Ifthespareisanotamemberofthatleaguebutisa
memberofanotherleague,theymustpaysparefees.Iftheysparemultiple
timesforthatleague,theyonlyhavetopayuntiltheyhavepaidthe
equivalentoftheextraleague($25).Ifthespareisnotamember,theymust
alwayspaysparefees.
• Therearetwolevelsofsparefees.Iftheteamhas4ormoreregistered
players,thefeeis$5.Iftheteamhaslessthan4registeredplayers,thefeeis
$12.50.
Leagues
• TheSeniorLeagueisanopenfunleague,MondayandThursdayafternoons.
Teamsaremadeupwitharandomdraweachday.Attheendoftheseason
thereisacompetitiontodeterminethewinnersofthePrimeauSenior
Leaguetrophy
• TheTuesdayLadies’Leagueisacompetitiveleagueplayingforthe
championshiptrophyattheendoftheseason.Intheeventofatieattheend
oftheseason,theheadtoheadrecordwilldeterminethewinner.Iftheyare
stilltied,anextragamemustbeplayedtodeterminethewinner.
• TheWednesdayMen’sLeagueisacompetitiveleagueplayingforthe
championshiptrophyattheendoftheseason.Intheeventofatieattheend
oftheseason,theheadtoheadrecordwilldeterminethewinner.Iftheyare
stilltied,anextragamemustbeplayedtodeterminethewinner.
• TheThursdayNightMercantileLeagueisanopenleaguethatrotates
positionseveryweek(leadtosecond,secondtovice,vicetoskip,skiptolead
etc.).Itisafunleagueplayingforthechampionshiptrophyattheendofthe
season.Intheeventofatieattheendoftheseason,theheadtoheadrecord
willdeterminethewinner.Iftheyarestilltied,adrawtothebuttonwillbe
madewithsweepingtodeterminethewinner.
• FridayNightisamixedleagueandthemaleandfemaleplayersmust
alternate.Itisafunleagueplayingforachampionshiptrophyattheendof
theseason.Intheeventofatieattheendoftheseason,theheadtohead
recordwilldeterminethewinner.Iftheyarestilltied,adrawtothebutton
willbemadewithsweepingtodeterminethewinner.
