Lewis Drug 2017 Flower Shower

information you provide will only be used for the purposes of promoting the contest, administering this
promotion and contacting the winners.
Rules
I. General Description of the contest. Individuals nomiate a Flower Shower recipient. Lewis selects
and notifies the winner. The Lewis lawn and garden team will craft a Flower Shower strategy that best
suits the winner’s lifestyle and preferences. In mid-May, a team of Lewis volunteers will do all the
plantings and leave the Flower Shower recipient with aftercare instructions to keep the garden
blooming for years to come. The Lewis team will be following the Flower Shower yard’s progress
throughout the season, sharing tips and updates at lewisdrug.com. Entrants may be submitted
for consideration between 11:59 a.m. CST on April 7, 2017 - 11:59 p.m. CST May 6, 2017 to be
considered eligible for the contest. The winner will be chosen in early May, 2017 and will receive a
Flower Shower of plants and aftercare instructions. Lewis Drug has sole discretion to determine if a
submission will be a part of the contest. Lewis Drug has sole discretion to change the submission
dates, voting dates and
winner announcement day as needed. The odds of winning will be determined by the number
of eligible entries submitted to Lewis Drug.
II. Statement of Prize. The winner will receive a Flower Shower strategy that best suits the winner’s
lifestyle and preferences. The winner’s photos may also be used in the Lewis Drug weekly ad circular,
social media sites and on the Lewis Drug website. The winner will be notified in a Facebook comment
in early May, 2017.
III. Contest Entry. To nominate someone for the Lewis Drug Flower Shower, email flowershower@
lewisdrug.com and describe in 250 words or less why the recipient deserves a Flower Shower. Please
include the recipient’s name, address and any photos that can help show the possibilities for
landscaping around the home.
IV. Entry Eligibility. A. Individuals must submit above information to be considered for the contest. All
individuals participating give Lewis Drug permission to use their photo in the photo contest and
in a Lewis Drug ad, social media and website. B. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. C.
Participants cannot work for or be a relative of a Lewis Drug employee.
V. Entry Deadline. Entires must be submitted for consideration between 11:59 a.m. CST on
April 7, 2017 - 11:59 p.m. CST on May 6, 2017 to be considered eligible for the contest.
VI. Drawing Date, Time and Location. A. At approximately 11:00 a.m. CST in early May, 2017, the
winner will be chosen at the office of Lewis Drug. The winner will receive a Flower Shower of plants
and aftercare instructions. Lewis Drug has sole discretion to determine if a submission will be a part of
the contest. Lewis Drug has sole discretion to change the submission dates, voting dates and winner
announcement day as needed. The odds of winning will be determined by the number
of eligible entries submitted to Lewis Drug. The winner may also be used in the Lewis Drug weekly ad
circular, social media and website. B. Lewis Drug has the discretion to change the details, prize
contents, dates, time and location of the drawings.
VII. Winner Contact and Prize Fulfillment.
Lewis Drug will notify the winner by email stating them as a winner to claim their prize. Winner must
be 18 years of age or older. If giveaway winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of being
notified, the prize will be forfeited. Substitute contents are not allowed.
VIII. Permission: By submitting an entry for this contest, you are agreeing that photo you submit may
be used for future promotions by Lewis Drug regarding its products and services, in addition to being
used for the purpose of sharing the contest winner on social media and in the Lewis Drug weekly ad.
IX. Lewis Drug reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this contest, or any part of
it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other unanticipated factor or factor beyond its control
impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Lewis Drug in its
sole discretion.
