businesses and the communities in which people live and work.
Support systems to encourage and maximise the commitment
of employers to health and wellbeing and share effective
practice will need to be in place’.

Level 1 commitment
Leaders of businesses sign a ‘Register of Intent’ to demonstrate
commitment and acceptance of support.
Level 2 commitment
Completion of an effective assessment of employee health and
well-being with anonymous online and written tools provided.
Level 3 commitment
Development and implementation of a 3 year action plan based
on identified employee needs, involving continual improvement
processes.
