the box – the aim is to pass the ball to the
target player for a point.

 The defenders (reds) divide themselves up
into 1, 2 and 3 with 2 more defenders ready
on the outer cones
 The 8 attackers (blues) will decide who they
are going to play against and how they will
split up so there will be more, less or the
same in each area.

 If the reds win the ball, play on, the extra
player joins in and the reds score by
dribbling the ball into the triangle
 Once the attack has gone 'dead' they will jog
back into the middle and either attack the
same area or if there are other player in the
box quickly discuss if they want to change
their attack with more less or the same
players.
 If the reds win the ball, they dribble into the
middle for a point.
 4 points for one less player, 3 points for same
number of players, 2 points for one more
player


The two end zones are safe zones for the
defenders to receive the ball unopposed, once
the ball is played in, one attacker can apply
pressure



