The full application form will be evaluated on how they meet the criteria
below. The matrix shows the weighting given to each of the criteria.
These should be the criteria agreed for the grant fund and evaluate the
idea/proposal the organisation wants to deliver/implement

A maximum of three sides of A4 in additional information or evidence
will be accepted with full application forms.
Suffolk County Council Priorities
All grants should contribute towards the council’s priorities so please ensure
that the project/service helps to deliver these and this is recognised in the
service specification and criteria above. The priorities are:
