2017 SUMMER BALL - TEAM ROSTER - INSTRUCTIONS
Under Rule 9.01 (following) there are a number of stipulations and requirements in regards to NCCP
certification and information required to be shown on the Team Registration Form.
Please review the following while filling out your Team Registration Form.

Fill out the form completely and be sure to list all on field coaches
o If you have more than three (3) coaches use an additional form.
Only on field coaches need be listed, do not list off field “Managers” (ie: Team Mom’s)
Ensure correct spelling of every name (If it’s wrong we can’t search properly)
Ensure correct NCCP #. (If it’s wrong we can’t search properly)
o Don’t guess what certification … if you are not sure contact Baseball BC
If the NCCP # is “PENDNIG”, fill in “PENDING” and send along receipts and paper work.
If the coach is an Apprentice, fill in “Apprentice” and send along some paper work.
If there is no Certification, fill in $ 200.00, the Association will be invoiced accordingly.
NCCP training in other sports does not transfer over to Baseball…this includes SOFTBALL

Coaches of single season teams must have required NCCP status by March 31st, prior to the start of league play.
(B) Apprentice Coach
An Apprentice Coach is defined as a former or current player (25) and under, from within any local Association who has registered
online with Baseball BC and begun training. He or she can serve only one year as an Apprentice and is required to achieve full
status for the following season.
(C) Any association entering a team in post season play without field staff meeting the above qualifications will be subject to a
fine of $200.00 for each coach not properly qualified. This fine will double every time the coach is fined for repeat offences.
Coaches are required to affix the transcript of their NCCP coaching certification to their all-star or single season roster.
