2017 Registration Process – SAASL ***UPDATED***
Step 1:
- To register via the SAASL Website, go to your relevant Club Link and “Get Started”
Step 2:
- To create participant Login ID select ‘Continue’ underneath “Don’t have a Login ID?”
- If you already have a participant Login ID and password go to Step 4 now.
Step 3:
- After you have entered your personal details you will receive one of three options:
ONE: it recognises you on the ResultsVault system and you have an email registered
against your record on the system:
Go ahead, Create Login, FOLLOW THE PROMPTS and continue the signup process.
TWO: it recognises you but you DON’T have your email registered against your record:
IF you are registering yourself, OR IF you are a club administrator registering a
player on their behalf, and you enter the players details, WHERE it requests an email
address, just enter a generic club email address and it will take you to the below screen,
confirming an email must be entered against the player record in ResultsVault to
continue and maintain their current ResultsVault ID number.
Click on contact and email your club representative listed and have them enter your
email against your record in ResultsVault. The club can then either notify you this is
complete, or send you an invitation to create a login.
Once complete, go back to your signup page and use your credentials to complete the
online submission.
THREE: you are a new player not recognised on the system:
SELECT the link “Continue”
*** IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL TO PROVIDE AT ALL, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR
CLUB AND HAVE THEM ENTER AN EMAIL AGAINST YOUR RECORD TO SIGN UP
ONLINE
****IF YOU ARE RECOGNISED ON THE SYSTEM, AND YOU STILL CHOOSE TO PROCEED
AS A NEW PLAYER, IT WILL ISSUE A NEW RESULTSVAULT ID TO YOURSELF AND
COMPLICATE MERGING PROCEDURES DOWN THE TRACK. PLEASE PROVIDE AN
EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR CLUB FOR YOUR CURRENT RECORD ON THE SYSTEM
*** IF, AS A CLUB, YOU ARE USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MULTIPLE
PLAYERS, YOU MUST READ THE DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED ON ‘LINKING
ACCOUNTS’
PLEASE NOTE: Steps 1 – 3 are to create a participant (player) account.
Once the participant has followed steps 1-3 and created their password then they are
ready to begin step 4.
Step 4:
- Go to your relevant Club Link to Register via the SAASL Website and “Get Started”
Step 5:
- Enter your login ID and password created in step 3
- Once logged in, follow the prompts
- Check/update participant details and other information
- Review details and terms & conditions
Step 6:
- Enter payment details
