Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the
Imagine|Native Educational Fair Lucky Draw (the “Promotion”).
Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to the following:
a) Purchase an Adult admission ticket to the Imagine|Native Educational Fair
b) Who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with a valid Singapore mailing address
Collectively, ”Guests”).
2. Employees of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. (“RWS”), their immediate family members,
advertising agencies of RWS, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or
conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. RWS has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without
any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
Promotion Period
4. The Promotion is open from 14 January 2016 to 12 June 2016, both dates inclusive (the
“Promotion Period”).
Participation in the Promotion
5. Guest will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw coupon for every Adult admission ticket to the
Imagine|Native Educational Fair purchased.
6. The lucky draw coupon will be given to the Guests upon entry at The Maritime Experiential
Musuem Basement 1 in S.E.A. Aquarium.
7. Guest will be required to fully complete the lucky draw coupon before depositing it in the
designated lucky draw box between 10.00am 27 May 2016 to 7.00pm 12 June 2016. Lucky draw
coupons deposited before or after the stipulated period shall be considered invalid and will not
be entertained.
8. All details and particulars submitted in the lucky draw coupons must be accurate, true and
complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
9. Guests are entitled to deposit multiple lucky draw coupons.
Conduct of Lucky Draw & Prizes
10. The lucky draw will be conducted at S.E.A. Aquarium, 8 Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Island,
Singapore 098269 on 16 June 2016 at 5pm (“Lucky Draw”).
11. There will be TWENTY (20) winners picked during the Lucky Draw. Each winner will be entitled
to win one of the following prizes:

12. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize, regardless of how many times their lucky draw
coupons are picked. In the event a Guest’s lucky draw coupon is picked for more time one time,
RWS shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner.
Prize Collection
13. RWS shall contact the Winners via phone within seven (7) days of the conduct of the
Lucky Draw (“Notification”).
14. Prizes will be given in form of Redemption Letter and to be collected at Guest Services Counter
outside S.E.A. Aquarium within its operating hours. The Winners are required to redeem
their prizes within 14 days from the Notification, failing which, the winner will not be
entitled to the prizes and RWS reserve the rights to forfeit the prize and re-draw for new
winner.
15. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
General
16. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that
RWS may issue from time to time.
17. RWS shall not be liable to any persons in the Promotion for any injuries, losses or damages in
respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Promotion.
18. RWS reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Promotion, and publish any
participants’ images and details for the purposes relating to the publicity of the Promotion
without having to pay any fee or compensation to the Participants.
19. RWS reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend or change these
Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the
Participants. The decision of RWS on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion
is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
20. A Participant shall fully indemnify and hold RWS harmless from and against any loss, damage,
cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which RWS incurs in
respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Participant’s breach of these Terms and
Conditions.
21. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the
contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion,
these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
22. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall
have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of
these Terms and Conditions.
23. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions
of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
24. The Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with
Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising
from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
