Communicate MBNL solution requirements to internal teams outside MBNL IT and vendors and ensure that they are appropriately briefed and communicated with. Understand the MBNL IT current issues, problems, business drivers and proposed service solutions that the MSP must take on board during the procurement process. Participate in supplier solution analysis workshops – understand the selection strategy, USPs of suppliers and competitive differentiators of each to help selection. Assist the Maybach PM in the management of project budgets and contracting timetables Manage, coordinate and develop all reference material to be used by suppliers in development of their proposed solution – RFP. Supplier briefings, vendor Q&A responses Ensure that full end to end supplier solutions are risk assessed, scored and validated for quality, fit for purpose and alignment with MBNL IT strategy and standards. Provide overall leadership to all MBNL technical SME resources in the contracting process. Co-ordinate access to contracting team resources – SharePoint, meetings, document reviews Ensure that all SMEs/functions work to contracting project timetables and provide necessary deliverables at the required level of quality – supporting the PM.
