Role objectives: to manage the end to end solution process from
requirements definition to final contracted solution across the 4
phases of contract project lifecycle. He/she will work within the MBNL
IT team and with the other functions (legal, HR, procurement to define
the target operating model for the post contract Maybach outsourced
solution and be accountable for ensuring that the selected provider’s
solution design integrates with the MBNL Maybach solution design
(organisation, ITIL processes, architecture standards, methodologies,
systems management and monitoring tools, security standards).

To manage the end to end solution process from requirements
definition to final contracted solution across the 4 phases of contract
project lifecycle for the Maybach MSP procurement/re-contracting.
 Communicate MBNL solution requirements to internal teams
outside MBNL IT and vendors and ensure that they are
appropriately briefed and communicated with.
 Understand the MBNL IT current issues, problems, business
drivers and proposed service solutions that the MSP must take
on board during the procurement process.
 Participate in supplier solution analysis workshops –
understand the selection strategy, USPs of suppliers and
competitive differentiators of each to help selection.
 Assist the Maybach PM in the management of project budgets
and contracting timetables
 Manage, coordinate and develop all reference material to be
used by suppliers in development of their proposed solution –
RFP. Supplier briefings, vendor Q&A responses
 Ensure that full end to end supplier solutions are risk
assessed, scored and validated for quality, fit for purpose and
alignment with MBNL IT strategy and standards.
 Provide overall leadership to all MBNL technical SME
resources in the contracting process.
 Co-ordinate access to contracting team resources –
SharePoint, meetings, document reviews
 Ensure that all SMEs/functions work to contracting project
timetables and provide necessary deliverables at the required
level of quality – supporting the PM.
