Blue Shield of California will work with you to provide the necessary support during your pregnancy. Incentive rewards are also available upon completing pregnancy assessments. Eligibility Rules You are eligible to participate in this program if you are an expectant mother enrolled in the Blue Shield of California EPO or PPO plan offered to Stanford University Postdoctoral Scholars. Program Incentives $ $ $ Earn your incentives! $ In addition to receiving educational materials, access to a 24/7 support hotline, and personalized coaching and support from a dedicated maternity nurse, expectant mothers can also earn incentive rewards of up to $150 for completing assessments throughout their pregnancy. $ The following table outlines the incentives available for timely completion of the pregnancy assessments. Second Mid-Pregnancy Assessment Expectant mothers will be contacted between the 28th and 30th week of pregnancy to complete the mid-pregnancy assessment.
