Independent Award Centre (IAC) Training Calendar: 2017-2018
Times: Courses start at 9am on the first day and finish at 5.30pm on the last day unless otherwise specified.
Fees: Course fees include the training itself, training materials & refreshments (including lunch) but not travel, accommodation or meals
(breakfast/dinner).
Attendance: In addition to 100% attendance on the course, all of our courses consist of 2 or 3 separate online and face-to-face stages
that must be completed to receive your certificate. You should therefore be aware that you will need to make a commitment of your
own time outside of the training course itself before enrolling. You will be notified of all requirements in advance of your course.
(Courses that are crossed out in the below schedule are cancelled.)
Booking and cancellation policies: Training enrolment confirmation will be sent to the delegate and the Award Coordinator or ITAP
Primary Contact along with the training invoice. Payment in advance is required to secure a training course place. When we have
reached the minimum number of attendees for a course to go ahead we will notify you, before which you should not make any travel
arrangements. If we have to cancel a training course then full fees will be refunded. If you cancel a course booking then we will refund
the full fee with 35 days or more notice, otherwise fees are non-refundable. Substitutes can be affected at no extra charge.
