 Ineligibility conditions no longer exist

FIRST SERGEANT RESPONSIBILITIES
PROMOTION CEREMONIES
 Commanders may conduct ceremonies on the last duty day
before the promotion effective date and inform the member that
ceremonies do not affect pay, seniority,or entitlements.
