Super Start Scholarship Application Form
The Super Start Summer Scholarship is designed to assist students in beginning their college experience. In order to receive this
scholarship, you must be a graduate from a high school or vocational school for the current academic year; have a cumulative final
grade point average of at least 2.75 or above (final transcript required upon graduation); must submit a tentative high school transcript
with this application by the deadline as listed below; must apply for admission; attend the orientation (dates TBA); and register for 1-6
credit hours for the summer semester.
Eligibility for other federal grants may be determined by completing the FAFSA. The Super Start Scholarship will pay for tuition;
however, books and other miscellanious fees are not covered by the Super Start Scholarship.
Priority deadline for this scholarship is May 1.
