Game Change Format
1. Team Managers are to complete the Request to change game form.
2. Once both Team Managers are in agreement then please email to the Sylvan Lake
Scheduler and they will forward to the CALL Scheduler.
3. Once the Sylvan Lake Scheduler has confirmation from the CALL Scheduler the Team
Manager will receive an email confirmation.
