District Professional Development District Professional Development covers ELA writing across the curriculum for all programs to benefit from incorporating content. District Tier I P.D. will be theory and demonstration based Tier II P.D. - Site based application with each program refining practices. District Tier III P.D. - Targeted to teacher’s needs and provided throughout the school year. Big Picture Learning (BPL) and Kids at Hope (KAH) HCCRA experiences during the school year will derive from school trainings that will take place throughout the school year. Kids at Hope Module 1 and Module 2 Big Picture Learning curricular framework Embed Standards into lesson planning Advisory ** KAH and BPL will be on-going to fortify teacher’s knowledge and skills Learning Observation Instrument (LOI) HCCRA staff will participate: New teacher LOI overview Pre and Post conference trainings Reflective Teams (Peer Observation) Throughout the school year Observations based on Educator Goal Plans Targeted to teacher’s needs and provided throughout the school year.
