About the Competition
• Simulation of the European Court of Human Rights
concerning the violation of the European Convention on
Human Rights
• Only english MCC on Human Rights europe wide
• In cooperation with the Council of Europe
• 2 rounds – written pre-rounds and final oral round
• Open to all ELSA and CoE Member Countries
• Teams: 2 – 4 members per team
• Submission for Applicant and Respondent
• Oral Pleading for both sides
• Only 2 members are allowed to plead

in cooperation with the HRMCC Advisory Board
• About the sterilization of an HIV infected woman after
giving birth in the fictitious country of Orosia
