Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input into decision making and problem solving. 10% Assistance in the update of the Corporation’s Risk Management Policy Suite (including policy and related procedures, risk management framework, capping of liability procedure etc.). Assistance in the delivery of programs to improve risk management competency of all employees. Risk Management Function 50% Assistance in the facilitation of Business Unit Risk Planning sessions. Facilitate project risk assessments as required in accordance with the Risk Management Policy and Framework. Risk Management Strategy 10% Contribute to developing Business Unit and Corporate wide strategies to ensure appropriate mitigation of risks and emerging issues. Monitoring of related action plans in accordance with the Risk Management Policy and Framework. Team Effectiveness 10% Participate in Performance Reviews as required. Participate in Team Meetings as required. Establish a collaborative and supportive approach in undertaking duties.
