ALL BOYS entering 3rd- 12th graders & Seneca Alumni to play in the 1st Annual Seneca Boys Basketball
Summer League. Spots are limited so to guarantee your spot complete the registration form below and
include a $100 check made out to Lady Eagles Basketball. Give to Coach Kennevan at Seneca in room C212
or put it in his school mailbox or mail it to Sean Kennevan, 23 Packenah Trail, Shamong, NJ 08088.
Registration is OPEN now but will CLOSE on JUNE 1st to draft teams for the summer league.
What does the $100 summer league basketball fee get me?
The fee to play includes 10 games, a Seneca Boys Summer League Basketball T-shirt, referee fees, gym
rental(s), insurance and site managers fees.
When will summer league games begin, what dates and times are they?
Games will be on the following dates: 6/19, 6/21, 6/26, 6/28, 7/3, 7/5, 7/10, 7/12, 7/17, 7/19. All games will be
played at Seneca High School, Indian Mills Elementary & Indian Mills Middle School between 5-10pm on
dates listed above (Younger teams will play earlier and older teams will play later on dates above)

Please accept my registration for the Seneca Basketball Summer League to be held at Seneca High School in Tabernacle, NJ & Seneca sending
schools (if needed). I understand that my son will be placed on a team that is made of up his grade level to provide a fun & competitive atmosphere.
FULL PAYMENT OF $100 per participant does not cover food or transportation. The Lady Eagles Basketball LLC will provide secondary insurance
for each registrant. Primary coverage will be through each registrant’s own insurance plan. As the parent or guardian of the registered child, I do
hereby give my approval to his participation in the Seneca Boys Basketball Camps/Summer League. In case of injury to my child, I agree to waive all
claims resulting from, or in connection with, the activities in which my child is a participant. I hereby release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless
the Seneca Basketball Camp, the LRHSD, its coaches and directors, Seneca High School, Seneca sending schools, its members, officers, organizers,
sponsors, and supervisors.
