2016 Junior/Youth Team Dispensation Form
This form must be used when Clubs are seeking approval to play an entire team or squad, where all players or a high proportion of the players are
eligible for a lower grade. Clubs must seek dispensation from the Federation, who will consider the application based on player development and player
safety.

7-a-side (more than five players in a team)
9–a-side (more than six players in a team)
11-a-side (more than seven players in a team)
Dispensations require approval from AFF Football Development Manager, Jason Batty.
Team dispensations MUST be submitted to AFF on or before team entries so the team can be entered into the correct age grade
competition. Team dispensations requests close on Monday 7th March 2016 @ 12pm.
