EYS153: nova106, Function card for 0-I-II-III/0-I-II-III-IV-V-VI commands
This card enables the commands for 0-I-II-III or 0-I-II-III-IV-V-VI and the appropriate feedback signal to be
registered. The command levels I to III can be fed back either real via an input or simulated via the card
internally. The feedback signal for 'local' is always real; '0' must be derived from the software. The command
outputs are effected via relays (the contacts of which can be loaded at 42 V, 2 A). Potential-free contacts, optocoupler or transistors with open collector can be connected to the feed-back inputs.
Application: for controlling actuators with up to six switching levels.

Engineering notes
 The six digital outputs have, in groups of three, a common terminal to which the control voltage is applied. If two functions are
occupied, terminal 1 must be connected with terminal 8.
 The relay contacts can be loaded at 42 V, 2 A ~/=.
 There are 8 feedback inputs available, so all the switching levels
of both configurations (0...III and 0...VI) can be fed back.
 Using the S1 block of switches, it is possible to choose the type
of feedback for the appropriate switching level for each of the
functions.

 The simulated feedback signal stems from the relay's switching
signal, so provides no guarantee that the actuator's reaction is
correct. The real feedback is effected via an external contact.
 At the feedback inputs, 24 V is put to the terminals when the
contacts are open. When the contacts are closed, the input is
fed to earth and a current of approx. 1 mA flows.
 On the EYS153F101 card, the LED is switched from the relaycontrol facility, so is equivalent to a simulated indication.
